In this Case Study, I've explained the approach that my team and I went through at Morphosis when working on G able website. In this project, I was the Ux designer.
G-Able is a service provider of IT and Digital systems in Thailand, partnering with world-class companies in Modern Digital Solutions, Enterprise Business Solutions, and IT Infrastructure Solutions. lead in the private sector.
How might we redesign the website in terms of templates with improved user experience and increased service awareness for the business?
We revamped the present website to improve the user experience while keeping both users and corporate goals in mind. We focused on simplifying the user experience and improving product awareness as it was not clear what all services the business offered.
During our research, we did comparator benchmarking to understand what different competitors are doing and better understand the different opportunities that G-Able is missing out on.

We also evaluated the current website based on 10 Usability Heuristics for User Interface Design by Jakob Nielson via using the tool Heurio. Heuristic evaluation can be done fast with a low budget. It provides a very good and effective start of the project to make all team members understand the products better and stay on the same page.


Stakeholder interview workshop is a valuable research tool used to kick-start the design process. We focus on extracting information from four main areas in UX design:
